Read the brief. Pick the hours. Start.

No interview panel, no assessment centre, no personality quiz. A brief, a conversation and a roster you wrote yourself.

Our role

Introducers, not employers

RemoteBramble exists because employers hiring two or three remote people do not want to build a careers site for it, and because job boards bury that kind of listing. We take the brief, verify it, write it up and introduce you. Everything after the introduction is between you and the employer, including the money, and we never charge you for any of it.

Open briefs

Four briefs open on the Southern Downs desk

Every one of these came from a named employer who told us how many people they need and by when. We list them until they are full.

Before applying

Five answers that save an email

Is there an interview?

Not a formal one. HR reads your form, sends you the brief and asks about your availability in writing. If the employer wants a short call before confirming the roster, they arrange it with you directly.

Can I do this alongside another job?

Most people here do. The blocks are nominated by you, so the usual pattern is a few evenings or one weekend day fitted around something else that already fills the calendar.

What happens if I make a mistake?

For the first fortnight your work is checked before it goes anywhere, which is standard on all four briefs. Mistakes at that stage are expected and get corrected quietly rather than counted against you.

Do I need my own software?

No. Everything runs in a browser through accounts the employer sets up. You are never asked to buy a licence, a subscription or a piece of equipment to start.

How is pay decided?

The rate sits in the brief and is confirmed by the employer in writing before your first block. It does not change based on how fast you work and there is nothing to pay in the other direction.

One short form. Our HR team picks it up from there. Payment, passwords and bank details are never part of an application here.
